Margie Lea Burnett, born on September 12, 1933, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2025. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.Margie will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her son Bill Sneed and his wife Carolyn of Morton, IL, and her son Darrell E. Burnett of Eldorado, IL. She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and had several great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy. Margie is also survived by her sister Sharon Browning of Norris City, IL, and her brother Michael Fulkerson, also of Norris City, IL.She was preceded in death by her husband Darrell E. Burnett, along with her daughters Marcella Mick, Suella Zeimet, and Diane Wooten. Margie also mourns the loss of her sister Leatha Martin and her parents Dallas and Edna Fulkerson, who shaped her caring spirit and nurturing heart.Memories of Margie will be in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
